Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via mossandform.de between the seller ([Name], Moss & Form, Freiburg, Germany — see Legal Notice) and consumers or businesses. German law governs all contracts.

§ 2 Contract Formation

Product listings on this website are non-binding invitations to order. Your order constitutes a binding offer. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.

§ 3 Prices & Shipping

All prices are in euros including German VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the delivery country.

§ 4 Delivery

Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days after payment receipt. As all products are printed to order, delivery may take up to 7 business days in exceptional cases. Shipping is via DHL with tracking.

§ 5 Payment

Payment is due upon order completion. We accept the payment methods shown during checkout. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

§ 6 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period for new goods is two years from delivery. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hello@mossandform.de with a description and photo of the defect.

§ 7 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in our Cancellation Policy.

§ 8 Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
